Jeep Soft Door Weld-On Steel Skins
The weld on steel door skins are designed to convert your Bestop soft half doors into a rugged off road steel door. Designed for the 1976 to 2006 Jeep CJ, YJ, and TJ with Bestop soft half doors. They are made from CNC laser cut 14 gauge steel.
These steel door skins are designed to be welded to the Bestop half door frame after the fabric has been removed. Once installed, the soft door latch mechanism and mounts will remain in their stock position.
NOTE: These door skins ship bare steel and will require welding and painting or powder coating prior to final installation.
NOTE: Once these door skins are installed, they will not provide a tight seal around the door jam area like the original soft doors.
